Oscuridad
While filming Parsons Lighting Design students visiting communities in Puerto Rico still living without electricity after Hurricane Maria, I was inspired to recreate the imagery within a 3D Environment in Unity to share with others.
Parsons Street Seats
As a Research Assistant, I coded a small solar lighting system that was installed in the annual Parsons Street Seats space for the community to enjoy a sustainable seating area at night.
Urban Interaction
Urban Interaction Design asked us to utilize the new installation of LinkNYC to help communities living in food deserts. Here is our solution.
DEAR
Design Education Augmented Reality (DEAR) is a community dedicated to increasing access to design education using augmented reality platform. DEAR believes everyone is creative and technology can expand their creativity.
Kind Light
Kind Light eases the anxiety of finding open space when entering a crowded area. Instead of guiding people to invite newcomers into the space, the space itself works with KindLight technology to display where space is shared and welcomed for everyone.
VR Education
Each year Parsons MFA Design & Technology Graduate Students team up with middle school students from Learning Community Charter School in Jersey City. Throughout the semester MFA DT students collaborate with one student from a class of 6th-8th graders to bring their creative storytelling skills to life in the world of virtual reality.
Yellow Beanie, AR
A site specific short film told through Augmented Reality that unravels as you walk through New York City where these characters lives intertwined.
Instructional Design
As an Instructional Designer, the focus was always to create effective and engaging training material to improve customer service, increase sales, and ensure employees are knowledgeable and confident.
